BiOnym Interface

The participants make some tests on the interface (http://bionym.d4science.org:8080/bionym-portlet/) to check its status. Issues have still to be solved. The participants agree on reporting the next issues in the activity ticket: https://issue.imarine.research-infrastructures.eu/ticket/2016 Anton proposes to privately send his comments to Caselyn about the interface, and Casey will report them in the ticket Next week the participants will understand if it is the case to distribute the interface

Paper

Fabio states that he has written missing parts in Section 2 Nicolas states he will work on the paper in the next week Edward states he will do the same GP points out that quite long time has passed since the beginning of the activity on the paper The plan is still to produce a technical report for the CNR-Puma system and then to search for a journal

Edward adds that the idea is to produce a long technical report and then to extract papers Edward, before Monday evening, will go through his summary email and will understand what has to be done

Fabio points that most of his assigned work is optional, but he will try to manage the issues Fabio points that we should agree on a date for completing the paper Edward suggests postponing the optional things and concentrate on the mandatory ones GP points that much of the work is missing on Sections 5 and 6 GP asks for a plan to fulfill the gaps

Nicolas will fulfill this wiki (wifi) page with a plan to complete the paper on his side Edward asks for input by Anton for Section 6 Anton will try to contribute to Section 6 on next week Edward asks for contribution by Anton also in the post processing section

GP suggests to have a more frequent communication via email and to have better communication about delays People agree

Fabio alerts he will not be present the last weeks of June
