EuBrazilOpenBio VO Deployment

Overview

The new D4ScienceAn e-Infrastructure operated by the D4Science.org initiative. Ecosystem VOVirtual Organization; EUBrazilOpenBio is planned to be deployed. The following services are going to be deployed according to the VOVirtual Organization; and the future VREs requirements:

- Enabling Services ( Mandatory) - Content Manager + OAI Plugin - View Manager - Storage Management Service - Full Text and Forward Index Management - Full Text and Forward Index Lookup - Data Transformation

VOVirtual Organization; Map Generation

The new VOVirtual Organization; IS-IC need to determined in order to prepare the VOVirtual Organization; Map to include in a new version of the GHNgCube Hosting Node. distribution ( or to be added manually to the version 3.2.3 of the GHNgCube Hosting Node.)

GHNgCube Hosting Node. Deployment

• 2 GHNs are needed for the IS deployment with the following services deployed respectively:
  • IS-Registry, IS-Notifier
  • IS-IC
• 1 GHNgCube Hosting Node. is needed for the deployment of the Resource Manager and Resource Broker services
• 1 GHNgCube Hosting Node. is needed for the deployment of the CM and View Manager
• 1 GHNgCube Hosting Node. is needed for the deployment of the SMS
• 1 GHNgCube Hosting Node. is needed for the deployment of the Index Management Services
• 1 GHNgCube Hosting Node. is needed for the DTS
• 2 GHNs are needed for Index Lookups and the replicas.

In case of future VREs deployment, for each VREVirtual Research Environment. at least 2 GHNgCube Hosting Node. are needed.
