This section describes the policies which applies to the D4ScienceAn e-Infrastructure operated by the D4Science.org initiative. Ecosystem subjects. The subjects acting on the infrastructure are divided into two groups:

• Users: accessing and consuming the resources made available trough the Ecosystem
• Providers: sharing resources on the Ecosystem, under the federated approach - resources can be either computation, storage, services or data

Based on this, the policies which have been defined fall into two categories:

• Users Policies
• Providers Policies

Users Policies

This section covers the policies applied to iMarine users accessing and consuming resources belonging to the D4ScienceAn e-Infrastructure operated by the D4Science.org initiative. Ecosystem. Infrastructure users can access the resources both from the iMarine portal [1] and from a set of API as well, which are planned to be delivered by the WP11 activity. The policies defined and which are going to be defined during the project lifetime, will cover the access and the consumption of resources trough both channels.

Policies approved:

• Infrastructure Acceptable Use Policy
• Data Access Policy

The rest of Policies for Users are under definition and will be finalized during the first Quarter of the iMarine Project.

Providers Policies
