gHN Upgrade Instructions

The upgrade to the latest version of GHNgCube Hosting Node. (v 3.6.0) and gCube (2.12.0) requires Site Manager to apply the following upgrade istructions

gCubeApps VOVirtual Organization; Configuration

In order to store the Statistical Manager computations a new node with DB need to be setup:

  • db1.p.d4science.research-infrastructures.eu

The node should be configured in the StatisticalManagerDataBase RuntimeResource

DONE The VREModelerFunctionality Resource has a new format and should be upgraded

StatisticalDataAnalysis VREVirtual Research Environment.

A VREVirtual Research Environment. for the statistical Manager should be deployed with the following portlet:

  • StatisticalManagerPortlet
