Deployment: the procedure to manage the installation and upgrade of the infrastructure nodes
Certification: the procedure to verify if all nodes of the infrastructure are certified
Downtime: the procedure to declare downtimes at infrastructure, VOVirtual Organization;, VREVirtual Research Environment., or site level
Accounting: the procedure to define the official infrastructure accounting tools
Monitoring: the procedure to define the official infrastructure monitoring tools
Incident Management: the procedure to manage the creation and resolution of production support tickets
